      A decent benefits package. Inexpensive if you have dependents.

      Cons

      Pay is not at all competitive. Salary/hourly increases do not account for inflation/cost of living increase. Asking for a pay raise is usually met with “comparison is the thief of joy” comments, and no further action is taken
