Pros

The only pros are those you can get anywhere.

Cons

Will work you to death and underpay you. The workload is unimaginable. The CEO will have fits of rage and impose arbitrary restrictions or duties to punish everyone. Accounting and HR usually get emptied out once a year due to CEO rage firing. No training just survival. Not many, outside of management, can survive the environment.

Pros

This is an excellent company to work. I had the opportunity to work with some truly outstanding and amazing people (Executives, PM's, PCs etc.). I was given the opportunity to move and grow. The career advancement is one of the most important elements for employee satisfaction and retention at S3. They offer excellent benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, and one of the best 401K in the industry). Never heard of someone with better benefits than S3.

Cons

Sometimes you have to work long hours.

Pros

Enjoyed working with the pilots. Loved the budgeting and government contracting. Immediate supervisor was retired military and I enjoyed working with him.

Cons

Lack of communication between the corporate and satellite office was frustrating. Imposed deadlines for changes that were of a whimsical nature were not realistic with the nature of our business.
