      Pros

      The company definitely gives you the opportunity to take on new roles and beef up your skill sets. Decent amount of PTO and if you stay up to par with your numbers you can work from home.

      Cons

      High turnover due to being overworked and underpaid. You get a few cents for a raise and makes it very easy to look for a job elsewhere. Needs to fire HR representative because she never does her job and makes things difficult.

      Pros

      I have worked at S3 for over 4 years and find it a great place to work. It offers a pleasant work environment with helpful & friendly co-workers and down-to-earth, approachable leadership. It offers good pay, benefits & training, and has career opportunities from entry level to experienced professionals.

      Cons

      It's a bit of a commute for me, but worth it.

      Pros

      They will never have a layoff because of the excessive work of three credit unions.

      Cons

      If you don't have a personal relationship with the CEO or management you do not go anywhere. Pay is low. Favoritism depends on the color of your skin.
