      Large workload, terrible pay.

      Pros

      Gym on site, plenty of parking, and you get a pay check if you have a heart beat.

      Cons

      Horrible favoritism. H.R. does nothing if an issue is reported. Little to no training program,. Managers lack leadership and offer no guidance. The partners dictate what happens. Pay is below average with no bonus program or room for improvement.

      Pros

      My current experience with S3 has been very positive in the time I have been employed here (a little over a year). I have had multiple opportunities to be involved in certain "projects" to help ensure we are working smarter and more time efficient for our members, which I am extremely happy with as I am a processor who is affected by most of the changes. Its refreshing to be asked your opinion and to have a company listen and take into consideration and "Try" to see if it works.. You do not see that at many companies..

      The only con I can honestly state are the same as any other company.... wage increases would be wonderful...

      The PTO and your paycheck.

      Cons

      This is a starter job to get your feet wet. If your fresh out of college looking for that first job then maybe this place would be suitable, but definitely not somewhere to set down roots. The pay sucked and the turnover rate is ridiculous.
