Hours of operation, many departments to work in

Cons

Pay, work/life balance, lack of respect and loyalty to employees, Comparable to a sweat shop, HR runs the company and does not support its employees, Directors and Management have no control of their own team, turn over rate is high, lack of training, feels like you are walking on egg shells at all times

Pros

The company definitely gives you the opportunity to take on new roles and beef up your skill sets. Decent amount of PTO and if you stay up to par with your numbers you can work from home.

Cons

High turnover due to being overworked and underpaid. You get a few cents for a raise and makes it very easy to look for a job elsewhere. Needs to fire HR representative because she never does her job and makes things difficult.
