Pros

Great opportunity to meet new people who are willing to help you with the workload. However heavy call volume should be expected almost daily. This is where great customer service is overlooked and they chastise you about call time n metrics.

Cons

Heavy workload; lackluster resources for assistance; either you conform to the masses or you are stabbed in the back.
