- Management takes time to work with you and listen to your concerns/frustrations - Friendly staff/work environment - Remote work and good benefits - Initial training was fun, interactive, and helpful

Cons

- Pay is decent compared to other companies, but still not enough to really "stay afloat" in an expensive city like Denver without working a second job - Enforcement of job-specific training and requirements can be inconsistent - Constantly understaffed which doesn't mix well with frequent high-call volume and work load
