Pros

Considering this is my first virtual training, so far its been a great experience. The thought put into the training was phenomenal, in addition to the trainers. I was fully engaged in the orientation and continue to do so during training.

Cons

I have not one negative thing to say about S3.. Great employer to work for.

Pros

Compensation is nice with plenty of opportunities to increase your pay as you move into more and more queues. Straightforward process to request time off.

Cons

Management pressures you to fill quotas instead of actually resolving issues. Understaffing leads to many departments falling behind where everyone is stressed. A number of managers berate you for not performing exactly like top performers, and refuse to assist you until you become a problem, or even encourage you.
