* schedule assistance/flexibility * quarterly bonuses * learning assistance * Seniority is a plus

* not enough pay to work for 3 credit unions * Systems need major approvement , causes too many issues for members and employees * High call volume, understaffed * training not thorough * raises not consistent

Cons

Management will lie to you consistently and tell you things you want to hear. If you want to advance you have to suck up and over exert yourself times 10. A lot of co workers are rude and cliquey and they fire very easily. Working for 3 different credit unions is extremely tedious. Members are sometimes very rude and nasty. Must have patience for this job
