      Pros

      Communication throughout the entire process from recruiting to first day, through orientation and to your business team. S3 goes above and beyond to make you feel welcome and truly no question is a dumb question. They truly are service oriented and do not throw you to the wolves your first day. Almost one month done, many, many years to go!

      Good pay for a call center

      Cons

      Not enough employees, High volume of calls, Manager does not interact with employees, Lack of training. I worked for this company for 6 months, worked overtime every week. One day they called me when I was on the bathroom and told me to pick up my stuff and go. My manager was not even in the office, I called him for an explanation and he did not answer.

      Pros

      The onboarding training was the best I've ever had. They took their time, made it enjoyable, a safe space, interactive and very knowledgeable. The CEO Mike Scully even opened for questions for close to 2 hours. It was amazing,

      Not having written processes for roles for new hires to have as a reference.
