Training class was three days very informative and detail. Caleb and Liz very knowledgeable and sense of humor was hilarious... I left the training feeling more confident in my current role. I thought it was really cool to meet CEO Mike Scully via virtual during class... Onboarding process were simply amazing thanks to Erin, and Processor managers are great ! Great compensation & Benefits....

From my very first contact with this company, through orientation and my starting my first week on the job, I am impressed! I am a remote worker and have had very few technical issues, the orientation was extremely well put together and executed, the CEO himself spoke to us for over an hour which was impressive and the orientation trainers gave us a lot of information in a very professional and engaging way. The pay in compensation is fair, great benefits and the culture seem wonderful. People went out of their way to make sure I didn't feel left out as a remote worker, and I have been given a lot of tools to help me learn my new job. I am beyond excited! It's clear this company really lives their STAR values!
