offer benefits, room to train and move from different queues ...

lazy managers. always an issue when you have a member who is upset and cannot handle the call any further. very petty with the occurrences as you could be literally dying or a family passed away and they will take points and hold it against you. very few within the queues that are willing to help when there is a member that has a real problem, that actually requires work..

Pros

Great place to get experience. Frequent promotion/training opportunities. The Management listens to its employees, and offers great work/life balance. I recommend it all the time to other people.

Cons

It still seems like a startup company. If you're a good employee you work very hard, but it seems like bad employees can get away bad behavior for a short period (Not enough fast enough accountability)
