Pros

You meet some nice co workers, you don't need any experience, there's a gym, and that's about it! Oh, and parking is free...

Cons

This job sucks harder then a vacuum cleaner. Management are pompous, pretentious jerks that I wouldn't trust to manage grass grow. STAY FAR AWAY!!! Micromanagement meets a new low here and the blatant favoritism is stomach churning. You get a massive pipeline and it's more important to let a member know that you are doing nothing every three days, then it is to actually progress their file. Even the loan officers can you talk to you like you are a subprime amoeba, and management will still find a way to make it your fault.

I love working for S3! There has been so much growth in the 3 years I have been here, and I can't wait to see where we go next. Management does a great job of keeping you informed of what is going on and working with you to maintain a positive work/life balance. I feel that I am truly valued and any concerns/issues are heard, not just in one ear and out the other. Mike is great, walking around and saying hi to everyone, asking how the kids are, what you did for the holiday(s), etc. He makes sure that the employees feel appreciated, with monthly "thank you" events (doughnuts, cupcakes), holiday parties, cookouts, quarterly recognition awards, and even breakfast or lunch events to ask what we feel can be done to improve the company. Training and advancement are high on managements list of priorities If you want to know what someone does in another department, they will find a way to get you time to do that. Want to know how to move to the next stage in your career? Just ask! Need help with a call or just have a question? Team leaders, supervisors, managers and trainers are always roaming around to help!

Cons

The only con that I have is the parking lot...We have grown so much, we ran out of parking spots! But that's still a good thing!
