Pros

There are little to none. The only positive thing is you get a paycheck every two weeks.(barely) Management is horrible. The work environment is dreadful. Unrealistic expectations are set on a daily basis. HR covers up half the stuff that is reported to them. S3 is the definition of modern day slavery.

Cons

Everything! Youre work load increases while your pay remains stagnant. There are little to no bonuses or incentives. You do not get rewarded for good work you get rewarded for sucking up to management. Promotions are based on politics. HR allows unethical and immoral practices occur everyday! I would not recommend my worst enemy to work here. This place should be investigated for failure to comply with employment laws.

Pros

I have been with S3 for almost two years and I have never been happier! My job is full of growth opportunities and very rewarding. I have noticed over my time working here that management takes time to find out how they can improve your motivation and quality of work. The management is very hands-on when asking for ways to improve. I always feel I can ask for help when needed but I'm not micro-managed where someone is watching every move made throughout the day. This job has a very positive environment!

Cons

Incentive/pay could be better and more competitive, otherwise great!

Pros

My current experience with S3 has been very positive in the time I have been employed here (a little over a year). I have had multiple opportunities to be involved in certain "projects" to help ensure we are working smarter and more time efficient for our members, which I am extremely happy with as I am a processor who is affected by most of the changes. Its refreshing to be asked your opinion and to have a company listen and take into consideration and "Try" to see if it works.. You do not see that at many companies..

Cons

The only con I can honestly state are the same as any other company.... wage increases would be wonderful...
