Pros

i can think of few positive things to say except some excellent coworkers (who usually had to leave for decent pay)

Cons

top down management style from people that have no idea what instructors teach and how it constantly changes.

Pros

A few coworkers are left from before the purchase of Ex'pression.

Cons

Since SAE purchased Ex'pression College, we've lost many of the instructors who created the curriculum. The atmosphere is very corporate and nobody seems to care about the people trying to keep things running. Nobody has had a raise in years. It'll suck the creativity right out of you.

- Solid leadership at the campus level - Can be a fun atmosphere - Great work/life balance

Cons

- Low pay - You will not get a raise, ever - Very poor quality of students - Company cares only about profit, does not care about quality of their product, quality of their students, or academic integrity - Minimal operating budget - No advancement opportunities - Toxic atmosphere due to high pressure sales tactics, extremely low standards for admissions and academics, low pay and meaningless performance reviews
