students are great and make putting up with things a lot easier

Cons

oppressive corporate leadership, lack of ongoing education within field, tone-deaf administration that really doesn't know what fields we are training people for, flat salaries, being told by administration instructors are easily replaceable

Pros

Instructors in Miami were solid passionate, but limited by archaic systems and unfulfillied promises.

Cons

Archaic systems and policies along with a non-existent senior support staff. Overworked employees with growing responsibilities due to not having even the most basic levels of personnel at the school level. Poor prior practices that were in extreme violation of accrediting standards. Financial Aid representatives, who are overworked, are also student Account representatives which is a conflict of interests. Files are basically tweaked as they are out of compliance. Laid off waves of personnel without any consideration or interaction with staff members. In summary...an absolute joke of a company that should be closed for ethics.

You may receive a paycheck until they lay you off without notice. You help kids incur tons of debt for a career field with no potential.

Cons

They don't know what they are doing. HR is a joke. They violate federal laws and regulations.
