      Pros

      Excellent Pay for living in Germany The work schedule is planned weeks in advance, so you know what tasks/events you will have to support. The work hours are great, and I am home for dinner every night. The company has a great Short-Term Disability program that I recently had to use, and management truly looks out each employee.

      Cons

      Not a flat rate for living quarters allowance; have to provide receipts. and the quarterly reconciliations always change.
