Pros

I have been working from home for the overwhelming majority of the time that I have worked there, yet I could work onsite every day if I wanted. Positive support from my direct supervisors. SAIC has a healthy company culture; coworkers collaborate well together and with customers.

Cons

Annual salary increases are never greater than 3%. I did once get a 10% raise randomly, but my pay is still barely ahead of inflation. When I sought a religious exemption for a new company-mandate, the exemption was denied, and upper management refused to talk to me about it.
