      Pros

      The company has a lot of contracts and opportunities for growth and they work in a lot of interesting areas. They do a lot to make the atmosphere fun to work in, such as small parties. Nearly all of the managers I have had here have been excellent.

      Cons

      The company is mostly government contracting so work can sometimes be up in the air when contracts come to an end. Make sure you understand how much time is left on your contract and what your opportunities are from there.

      Pros

      The health care does provide coverage and you choose at additional cost dental, vision, additional life insurance as well as pet insurance.

      Cons

      Family of Four pays about $700+ a month plus the first $6000 out of pocket for office visits. That's right, $15,000 a year for health insurance for a family of four!!!! Recommend asking for a raise, finding insurance else where or find another job! To put that in perspective, that is a second mortgage!

      Pros

      I was in a solid group with an excellent manager so I had a lot of the work place benefits of that. Pay was mostly competitive

      Cons

      The benefits package was absolutely pitiful. Outlandishly expensive company owned health insurance that didn't really cover much of anything with a ridiculously high deductible. Over all got the vibe of an extreme disconnect between upper level managment and the lower level employees. People were dropping right and left from the project.
