Decent company, but difficult to stay employed there.

Pros

They have some great people.

Cons

When your current assignment expires, there is a good chance you will be laid off within a short time. You always have to look out for a new opportunity well in advance of the current assignment expiriing. Sometimes you will get little to no notice that your assignment is up (for various reasons).

*stability *supportive leadership *no expectation of employee involvement in activities outside of work (experienced this at another gov contractor in the area) *alternative work schedule

Cons

*health coverage basically equates to a HSA *typical drawbacks of government work *no profit sharing bonus *basically no bonus
