Pros
Very friendly working environment, everyone is willing to help. Management really wants to see you succeed, not only for the company but for yourself, as well.
Cons
Health Benefits are pretty expensive for the quality and amount of deductible you are receiving but they are not extremely terrible. I think that taking away a couple of the other not so necessary benefits, such as pet insurance and a couple others could perhaps drive down the overall cost. Other than that, I have no complaints.
