If you plan to apply for this job, get you Security + first. That will allow you to obtain admin rights, which is so much better than having to ask a team leader everything. Do not be late to work or leave early, even one minute early. They really pay attention to attendance. Get there early to have time to get your computer started, because you have to be on the phone at the time you are scheduled.
