Pros

Liberal work from home policy. Decent Career path, but only if you are a project manager. Not so much if you are technical.

Cons

They recruited based on one business model, but several years later they abandoned that business model but would not admit it to their employees.

Pros

As a large consulting firm, SAIC offers the opportunity to work on a diverse number of projects and enables employees to develop new skills and keep up with the latest technologies.

Cons

The groups within SAIC do not always work as a united company because they have individual goals to meet.

Pros

Great coworkers, variety of fields available to break into

Cons

Pay is abysmal, and the management only cares about the yearly bottom line. Stay away from this company at all costs! Employees are not valued to the level they should be, and opportunities for advancement in the contracting arena are just short of nonexistent. Avoid the Operations and Intelligence business unit in particular!
