      Cons

      Management should not let their egos get in the way of their resposibilities as employers. This whole thing about competing with our fellow employees for work opportunities builds animosity and creates a unhealthy work environment.

      Pros

      SAIC is a large defense contractor that is recognizable throught Government circles. It is a great company to have on your resume.

      Cons

      There are ever changing career paths so it is hard to stay on track. Management does not seem involved in the employee career paths unless you actively stay on their radar. If OH budgets aren't available then they cut back on training and equipment upgrades.
