      No proper help for issues you have, and unfair retaliation

      Not many to go off of.

      Reported harassment and discrimination from a lead on a project and was unfortunately removed from the project and had to work towards finding a new one luckily I did find a new role within the organization but I was forever haunted by the fact that immediately after reporting to my manager and HR of the harassment and abuse I dealt with from a team lead that I was taken off the project and all blame was placed upon me.During that period I was placed onto a leave without pay and forced to have to dedicate all of my time to find a new project when I was doing so well and producing amazing progress in my project I was already in.

      Pros

      Not being unemployed. They pay you to work here.

      Cons

      Wages are comparable to working at fast food or retail, and are actually worse more often than not. Management is inept, overbearing and openly threatens employees in team meetings, telling them that if they don't perform to their liking, they will actively block their future employment opportunities.

      The stress this company puts on its employees is like no other. While I was employed, they had 3-4 different rounds of layoffs, meaning your position was never safe. They also asked more of you than what was in your job title. I did the work of positions above me, but with my same pay. Many other coworkers felt the same and are one by one getting out to find a better job.
