Pros

SAIC has super resources for proposal engineering, supporting customers, and most importantly, enabling employees to excel. Very large community of experts and expertise across the national security community. Great benefits! Employee affinity groups. Flexibility and multiple opportunities.

Cons

SAIC's culture includes a blending of recent acquisitions with some minor disconnects to the overall strategy.

Pros

Supportive company and try to work you.

Cons

Mostly Federal and DOD support contracts. Any clash with the GS personnel, you will always lose, no matter who is right or wrong. There is no redress mechanism for grievances with the government employees and we will always just be dirty contractors.

Pros

The schedule is your typical Monday through Friday from 6:30AM to 3PM. The work itself is fun and engaging, however due to the pandemic training sessions have been cut back for FAA students. This is a great job for someone interested in learning more about ATC and wants to get their foot in the door. Management is good and schedule is flexible.

Cons

The pay is stagnate, don't expect a raise.
