5yAs you noted, our employee benefits are admired. Included in these benefits are flexible leave programs where employees are giving paid time off to support work-life balance as well as the option to buy and sell paid time off once per year. The welfare of our employees is top priority for SAIC and to reinforce that we also started offering an optional work program providing the choice to have every other Friday off at most work locations to help everyone take the time they need.
