Pros

The travel is awesome. Free water. Sometimes you can get within a fun contract.

Cons

The pay differential between employees is insane. Forget about pay raises. Usual is 1.5% per year (below national average). Insurance is crap. $4,500 deductible... really? That's the best yall could do? Management makes up excuses why people cant advance "oh you need this certification, or oh you need this type of degree"... when there are Project Managers without a PMP certification (how does that work?). When you get the certification and go back to tell them they make another excuse. Just bad management overall, which is sad because a lot of veterans work here i remember a day when veterans looked out for each other.

Pros

If you are part of management, you will be taken care of

Cons

They laid off an entire shop of employees during hurricane Florence evacuation. That pretty much explains how much they don’t care about their non supervisor employees. Communication is absolutely terrible.
