Pros

- for the most part you work with very professional and intelligent people - There are a lot of tools provided to allow a professional to keep learning

Cons

- The work environment is horrible, the cubes are so low there is no privacy and barely any storage space. - you are not treated like a professional but a kinder-gardener, being micromanaged and monitored by the manager instead of focusing on productivity - The communication is non-existent - There is definitely favoritism within teams

Pros

There are none. Only if you can't find a job doing anything else anywhere. At least at the St. Louis office. They lie to you on what your job description is when you get there you are doing something completely different.

Cons

The lack of professionalism, low employee morale, terrible benefits. Bad management of projects and workers. For a company that requires employees to have security clearances they sure do allow a lot of bad behavior. People throwing stuff, showing up to work drunk/high talking openly about drug use. For have strict dress codes they don't seem to enforce them if you are a woman or minority especially when it comes to piercings and wearing jeans. However this was all at their St. Louis office on Grand Ave. Other offices may be different.
