Pros

The pay and benefits are solid and I remained mostly autonomous while supporting the government customer.

Cons

PTO isn't great since the company offers no sick leave. PTO and sick leave are synonymous. Also, the company culture is lackluster since people are spread across different locations and do not frequently interact.
