Pros

Big companies with lots of contracts. That’s about it.

Cons

Too many to list them all! SUPER shady business practices. The branch at fort Meade is the worst. They will do whatever they have to keep themselves in place, no matter who they toss out in the way. I had multiple job offers with offer letters, and I used them as bargaining to get a raise and move up. They called all the companies and had them retract their offers. All my offers preceded them going into their own contracts together, and they would not honor it. I’ve been told it was just the Fort Meade branch, because everyone has war stories that directly involve them.

Pros

Company benefits are fantastic Pay very well

Cons

The process for hiring is entirely based off of what looks good on paper or resume instead of finding actually qualified individuals. This philosophy is what ultimately has cost them contracts and the respect of several government clients. Too many times there are individuals within the company that were hired simply because they had been in the industry for 2 decades and these individuals were terrible at their jobs.
