      Strong company. Very diverse work environment. Strong commitment to the workforce. Excellent customer affinity.

      Job descriptions need to be constantly reviewed and updated as activities, procedures, position information and technology change. SAIC position's description and incumbent are outdated and inadequate. Built to keep personnel in certain pay brackets to keep their salary low. Ad hock job REC's to fit hand picked hires

      Cons

      relaxed schedule, 1,500 in tuition assistance. 401, health ins (very high $) for the most part the co workers are good to work with.

      Upper Management is poor and not trust worthy. Salaries are not aligned with the proper job titles, experience and abilities. Hiring of individuals with 0 experience for a position but being paid the same as others with 10+ years’ experience. Issues taken to HR are not properly addressed or resolved. HR and Upper management are on the same contract and team. i.e. (co-workers)
