Pros

Some good technical training options, co-workers are very nice. The contracts are interesting and engaging.

Cons

Management style issues, I find management is disengaged. Non existent work-life balance, looks good to put verbiage on website but those values aren't shared down to what seem like departmental silo's.

Pros

Gives you exposure to leave the company after making a name for yourself.

Cons

Horrible medical insurance, awful 401k, pay ceiling once in the 90's. Unqualified people are making 150k plus for simply being there before the split. New competent people can't make that.

Pros

Easy enough work and the ability to work remotely on some desks. Steady employment as long as the contract survives. Paid holidays, though no guarantee to have them off.

Cons

No movement from desk or advancement within it. No training and concerns raised, regarding training, were ignored. Most desks are 24/5 and includes holidays. If working remotely all hardware is supplied by the employee. Pay is not quite on par with others in the industry.
