Pros

Bigger company that has levels of stability and security in the contracting world. They do a great job supporting their staff and keeping them informed about what the company outlook is like. They also offer greath healthcare packages.

Cons

Once your in a pay band its hard to get a raise. Annual raises are never more than three percent and it can take a while to get an issue resolved with the split occuring with leidos.

Pros

Great benefits package. Lots of stability in the industry and a wide selection of jobs to choose from. They are also good about helping military members transition. I would also highlight that they give yo ua chance to plug into the community.

Cons

Once your locked into a salary band its hard to get a raise. Company is splitting into two and the new name of LEIDOS is horrible. They should have worked on getting a better name to build a brand.
