      Great environment, good salary, and balanced work life

      Cons

      Terrible insurance. $4k deductible and no prescription card. Was shocked when we had to get our first prescription.

      Pros

      Pay was competitive. On-boarding was fast.

      Cons

      Benefits were sub-par. Didn't have an onsite manager so I had to report to someone halfway across the country who knew nothing about the contract I was on and provided no assistance. The contract wasn't a big money maker so effort on SAIC's behalf was non-existent. Worst DoD contractor to work for.
