I had terrible management. They didn't protect me at all. Had an issue where another manager was verbaly threatening me and other employees. When I stood up and fought for the entry level new hires on the team. SAIC HR stepped in. However my direct team blamed me for chaning the atmosphere. All because they where letting a male supervisor verbally abuse a new fresh out of college new hire. Threatening her to give him money and calling her out of her name because she miss understood her. Literally I was a number, I read this review on Glass door didn't believe it. But then experienced it firsthand. Also no work life balance SAIC didn't and does not take care of our team when working on client sites.
