Pros
I enjoyed working with some of the people in my office.
Cons
In the years I have been working there, my pay did not increase. To the point I was now working full-time for less than minimum wage. Management expect you to do additional work outside of your role for extended hours for minimum pay. People are not open to change or to better themselves. They will stick with old systems even if it will cause problems in the future, this attitude goes all the way up to top level management. There was also no option for career progression.
