some people are nice which makes your day better.

Cons

leadership team are really unbalanced in terms of their morale and ethics. they review pay based on how much they like you rather than your performance. They make decisions based on a halo and horns effect. The company is being led by the wrong people. The board of directors are 85% not qualified for those roles.If you decide to join their management team, I suggest to not waste your time with this company
