95% of the people I worked with were personable, smart and collaborative. Direct management is keen on providing a healthy experience for their employees.

Cons

GIANT corporation with teams within teams within teams, making it confusing to find the right resources, and be aligned with cross-team goals and processes. Highest level management is disconnected and many times unaware of what their "lower-level" teams do.
