- Pay is good, people are very smart - Location is incredible - Company has a long lasting history and is very established, especially for tech

Cons

- HQ run out Germany, which is very difficult for other regions (crazy meeting schedule, delays in communication, etc) - Expectations across regions are very different, and Germans not held to the same level of quality as others due to work protections - Old company, people have been in roles for a very long time, not very progressive
