      Benefits, in office perks (snacks, coffee, etc.) Good experience/well known company and Brand name

      Cons

      Lack of leadership help, challenging metrics at times, low pay for the work, really difficult to move up or into new roles within the company if you were good at what you did. They wanted to keep you where you were at.
