      Too much internal politics in Maidenhead office

      Pros

      Peoples are excellent , Lots of things to learn.

      Cons

      - We need need to be directors righthand man to be promoted to T4. For example - recently two men promoted to principal programmer even though their technical knowledges are highly questionable. - Salary is not good for exiting knowledgable colleagues , hence they are loosing good peoples to their competitors. - managers are biased and immature to handle stuffs .

      - Generous company when it comes to incentives -

      Cons

      - Low salary rate - Temporary wfh setup - Managers are making the company a "project based" company which adds up to employee's workload and became exhausting. They will then use this for promotion. In short, there's a lesser chance that you'll be promoted when you don't have a project. - Difficult metrics which makes auditors leave the company -
