      Pros

      Utmost fun and support for work. They instill confidence and trust from the get-go. Flexibility with working schedules, they understand for them to get the most out of their employees they want their employees happy and proud to work for the company and if flexibility is what they need then you got it. Approachable leadership right up to the top.

      Cons

      Onboarding was not well thought out and was very muddled- need a re-think there.
