      Pros

      Good place for work/life balance, easy location (transit center across the street!) , reasonable work-load and expectations, nice equipment.

      Cons

      People in my division worked in silos - to the extreme. Culture seems to be one of fear - very little sharing, communication, or collaboration. Ironic since we're supposed to be working in an "agile environment".

      Large company with decent benefits.

      Cons

      A good example when desire for "better" killed something really good. Newly hired managers drove away the people who build the company and really cared about the product.
