Pros

Concur has great people in Prague, dynamic, fun, motivated environment, plenty of team events, good benefits, we really have fun everyday there. If you work well and want to be successful there are usually many opportunities for development (depending on the team/department) - due to fast growth there are new positions new projects... you will not get bored. There are no perfect companies but this is the first where I wake up on Monday morning and don't feel demotivated to go to the office..

Cons

Can be a bit disorganized as there a no processes, workload can be demanding at times and some decisions take long to approve because of managers in US.

Pros

Company values are great, most people identify with them, easy going, horizontal hierarchy, most people are (very) approachable. Can take some time to understand the product and get adjusted to the changes (branding, expanding products, new hires), but once that is overcome, it is an enjoyful, diverse ride.

Cons

Too fast paced, too much information. Too much multitasking. Due to highly connected remote offcies, timezones can be a challenge.
