      Great people, Great product to sell (the best out there is to position and win again competition), benefits are top notch, Our President is very smart and has a great vision, pay is good

      Decisions have slowed down since SAP purchased us, some culture change since the acquisition

      Pros

      There are some really great people at Concur. And some of the incentives are excellent.

      Cons

      No structure and a lot of incompetent people in decision making positions. They screw up peoples pay, they don't reward high performers and they rarely hire internally.

      - Huge focus on individuals and culture - Great entry level salary - Good stepping stone for fresh graduates - Flat hierarchy: Open-door policy for big bosses - Career opportunities, depending on role and achievements

      Cons

      - Internal politics: present at any workplace - Some signs of favouritism: some managers cannot differentiate between preferential treatment and truthfully earned treatment - Growing company: culture may become difficult to maintain in the future - Ever-growing targets can make it more difficult to achieve. Normal for any business
