      Pros

      Good opportunities for career growth. Good managers (no micro managing). Flexible work environment. Overall good culture. Once in a while I felt the company was lazy in recognizing your bonuses but overall I felt it's not a bad place to work. The management was flexible with my personal situation and let me work remote on multiple occasions.

      Cons

      Hard to think of any. Few times I felt the managers don't help much with the career growth but at times that was not an issue. The employee training programs are missing.

      Great culture, great opportunities

      Pros

      Positive environment, good communication from leadership, nice emphasis on work/life balance for a tech company. Solid backing with SAP behind the company - but still feels kind of like a start-up (in all the right ways).

      Cons

      In some areas the separate product groups feel a little siloed - there is not complete alignment between teams, or in communication from the teams - but this seems to be improving.
