      Pros

      HQ in Seattle, trips to USA a benefit. Great support outside of team. Great working external channels.

      Cons

      Poor management at team level. No trust within team. A lot of watch your back required without support of manager. Unless you're on the inside team.

      It used to be a great experience. Then there were some bad choices in appointing managers and things went rapidly down hill

      Cons

      Very bad line management lead to a very bad work experience.

      Pros

      - Good earning potential if you work hard, fantastic bonuses - Pretty cool culture and fun group of people, it's a work hard play hard environment - Train their employees well - Fantastic CRM and best in class products - SAP is a fantastic company

      Cons

      - Too many internal politics, you will only go places in this company if you perform at 100% of target and get in with the right people across a variety of countries and business units - Be prepared to work very hard and sacrifice a lot of your personal time - Had no development plan or career path, too many people in the same jobs for years - You MUST hit your sales quota each month and every month, NO excuses - Too many people screening the CRM all day - Lack of support across business units once the customer goes live
