      Pros

      Flexible working, plenty of time to prove yourself, well looked after in terms of HR perks

      Cons

      Most leadership have only ever been at Concur. Regurgitate the only cliches they head from leaders before them and a real lack of creativity and at times professionalism. Lack of opportunity and career progression. Cliquey. Actively recruit based on proximity to Maidenhead regardless of experience or skill set

      Pros

      Peoples are excellent , Lots of things to learn.

      Cons

      - We need need to be directors righthand man to be promoted to T4. For example - recently two men promoted to principal programmer even though their technical knowledges are highly questionable. - Salary is not good for exiting knowledgable colleagues , hence they are loosing good peoples to their competitors. - managers are biased and immature to handle stuffs .
