      Incompetent QE management at all levels

      I cannot find one pros to add here, getting ready to move out

      Cons

      QE management lacking technicals skills , disrespectful to people Management promoted in less than a year? Don't we already pay them to do their job, do we need to promote them every 8 months or so? For non manager QE not a lot of growth opportunities after senior level.

      Pros

      Work-life balance is incredible here. A lot of people have families and everyone works very reasonable hours. There is no dress code. Many people work from home at least one day a week. Good benefits (Health, Dental, Vision, 401k)

      Cons

      The salaries are generally lower than some of the more prestigious tech companies in the area. Much of the software is older and written in languages like ASP Classic. A lot of testing is still manual.

      Empowers and believes on their people. Great and rewarding culture. A lot of opportunities for growth. Senior management up to executive management are always there to listen.

      Cons

      Very minimal cons. All are positive and those will be hard to maintain.
